The Town of South Congaree's Clerk of Court Office is still without a full-time Clerk of court. The Clerk is unavailable to take calls at this time.

For assistance, please email clerkofcourt@southcongaree.org with a detailed message. Emails will be answered by the assisting clerk as her availability permits.

Scheduled Court time is at 2:00 P.M., please arrive 30 minutes prior to speak with an officer. 

Court Dates are set for June 11th,  June 18th, July 16th, July 23rd, August 6th, August 13th, September 3rd, September 17th, October 1st, October 15th, November 5th, November 19th, December 3rd and December 17, 2025
